Kiom Maraschiello, a native of New York State, is formally educated in Structural and Mechanical Engineering (Architecture).  She is well known for her sense of style, integrity and hard work.  Moreover, Kiom's sincere passion for real estate and great design shines through in the added value it provides to the lives of those that she serves. 

In choosing opportunities with some of Atlanta's premier high-end designer showrooms Kiom acquired a full experience across key areas of the Home Interiors and Furniture industries.  This exposure laid the foundation for Kiom's freelance endeavor in 2005.  Starting with just a few referrals, that endeavor blossomed into a multi-faceted Professional Concierge, Fashion PR and Home Interiors business.  

She's a Go-Getter!

Kiom's proactive nature and propensity for leadership afford her success even in areas where she has had no prior experience.  A "can do" attitude, no matter the task, solidifies her reputation as the "go to" person that people entrust to realize their objectives.  Some of the best examples of this is shown in her disparate freelance projects. 

No job is too big or small. 

Kiom began by providing personal shopping and interior styling services to industry-related bachelors and professionals new to condo living in Buckhead and Midtown Atlanta.  That was the mainstay for her freelance endeavor. This segued into projects as large as the full scale relocation of a small paper manufacturers state-to-state personal residence and business to Atlanta, GA. (business office and personal residence) and Maplesville, AL, respectively (plant relocation) after Hurricane Katrina.  And when a friend from the UK decided to launch her premier fashion collection, Kiom jumped at the chance to serve as its facilitator and Publicist.  Kiom edited and released copy announcing the launch, sourced personal local and national contacts for participation, assisted with model castings, set up the venue and attended to every detail in seeing it through to success.  Click the link to view The Evelyn Lambert Collection: www.evelynlambert.com.

Kiom enjoys a career as an Independent Contractor in Residential Real Estate creating infrastructure for boutique firms.  She specializes in Business Development and is solidly versed in the Luxury division; REO, HUD, Short Sales/Bulk Sales & Acquisitions; as well as, Multi-Family/Multi-Unit Property Management.  Additionally, she served with national industry leading Home Interiors showroom, ZGallerie, as a Design Consultant in Management and Visuals here in Atlanta.
